How the work runs from the Bogor workshop

Our workshop is in Bogor, and South Tangerang is still a same-day trip on the toll road. That means surveys do not sit in a queue, and the crew can travel back and forth without an overnight mobilisation line in the quote. The pattern is simple: send dimensions and site photos on WhatsApp, we come back with a first estimate, then a survey to measure and check what the site can be fixed to. Once the owner and the estate office have signed off, frame and fabric are fabricated fully in the workshop. One South Tangerang specific that gets missed a lot is access. Cluster roads are narrow, the security post limits when large vehicles may enter, and plenty of houses have no room to set up a crane. All of that affects the panel sizes we can deliver and how the frame gets lifted into position. We check the route during the survey and size the sections to the road that actually exists. When it only surfaces on installation day, the usual result is a full working day lost and neighbours inconvenienced for nothing.
