What does an AeroSpan membrane canopy cost? Straight to the numbers: our packages start from Rp850,000 per m² installed with Agtex membrane, a minimum project value of Rp20 million, prices excluding VAT (PPN). This is our official 2026 rate card, complete with what's included and what isn't.

Minimum project value: Rp20,000,000, applying nationally. For sites outside Greater Jakarta, crew transport and mobilisation are quoted separately.
Why "from"? Because two canopies of the same size can need very different things: design shape and complexity, span, site conditions, and the supporting structure. The final number always follows the survey and working drawings, so you know exactly what you're paying before any work starts.

- Transport and mobilisation for sites outside Greater Jakarta
If your project needs any of these, they're quoted transparently after the survey. No costs appear mid-project out of nowhere.
About the Rp20 million minimum
Every membrane project, however small, carries the same baseline costs: 3D design, structural calculations, fabrication setup, and crew mobilisation. The minimum ensures small projects still get the full standard, not a cut-down version.
In practice: a 15 m² carport on Essential works out to Rp12.75 million by per-metre maths, but the applicable project value is still Rp20 million. Essential for home-scale structures with relatively simple forms: carports, terraces, balconies, entrances.
Signature for commercial and public spaces: cafes, restaurants, shophouses, schools, mosques. Bigger scale, more detail, and a look that helps sell the venue.
Custom Structure for wide spans and special forms: sports court roofs, grandstands, facades, and larger commercial projects. Fully costed per design.

Complete packages only
AeroSpan only delivers complete packages: design, supply, and installation by one team. We don't sell material only, design only, or installation only. The reason is simple: we can only guarantee quality and warranty when we hold the whole chain ourselves, from structural calculations to final fabric tension.

Where does the Rp20 million minimum apply?

Can I buy material only, or installation only?
